22 May 2012, International Day for Biological Diversity at MUN Botanical Garden, St. John’s The Ocean Sciences Centre’s marine public education program (PEP) is visiting MUN Botanical Garden on May 22, 1-3 p.m. and presenting a complimentary, interactive and interpretive activity "Come and Explore the Ocean Creatures". Features of the program will include a touch tank, where visitors can experience a never - ending variety of local marine invertebrates and a Harp seal video presentation. Marine interpreter Danielle Nichols will be on hand to answer questions and explain current research initiatives at MUN’s OSC facility.
Registration is not required. Everyone is welcome. Date: May 22, 1-3 p.m. Location: MUN Botanical Garden, 306 Mount Scio Road
