Organizational Matters: Adoption of the Agenda

<font color='#950000''>correction</font> <br> I am pleased to inform you that the Secretariat, in collaboration with Call of the Earth-Llamado de la Tierra, the World Council of Churches-Pacific Office and the University of South Pacific, is organizing a regional meeting for the Pacific region, which will be held in Suva, Fiji at the University of South Pacific headquarters from 9-10 June 2005. The meeting will provide the opportunity to contribute to the preparation and substantive content of the report on the status and trends of traditional knowledge and of the factors that threaten such knowledge in the Pacific region.

Further to Notification <a href="http://www.biodiv.org/doc/notifications/2005/ntf-2005-031-art-en.pdf">2005-031</a> of 29 March, I regret to inform you that due to a number of constraints beyond the Secretariat’s control the Pacific Regional Workshop on the Composite Report on Traditional Knowledge, which was scheduled to be held in Suva, Fiji, on 9-10 June 2005, is postponed until further notice.
