Description Several provisions of the St. Lucia's Forest, Soil and Water Conservation Ordinance (the use of a girth-limit and of royalty rates for timber prices) are identified to have contributed to the loss of forest biodiversity and impacted negatively on the various forest ecosystems and watersheds.
