Egypt has an incredibly diverse climate and various ecosystems, from the islands to the mountains. However, all of these environments have endangered species that are at risk from habitat destruction, hunting and climate change in addition to many other threats. Egyptian protected areas bosses a variety of species, many of these species are endangered, or in danger of going extinct. Through the workshop we're going to be looking at examples of some endangered species and small conservation projects in Egypt's national parks which are known to lead by doing. So what we will cover is the work of the Egyptian parks rangers as well as conservation efforts and species that need urgent conservation actions.
