(i) further reading and resources;
(ii) real-life examples and case studies of listing and grouping stakeholders (section 2.2.2);
(iii) real-life examples and case studies of successful capacity-building partnerships (section 2.5.1);
(iv) photographs that capture the essence of the topic; and
(v) suggestions of potential candidates to participate in testing the materials.
