Options for the mobilization of resources to support the work of the TSC support centres [#3726]
Members of the IAG are invited to provide feedback and advice on the draft proposed options for mobilization of resources to support the work of the TSC support centres and suggest additional funding sources and mechanisms.

- What are your views on the proposed strategy? Is it practical and realistic? Are the value propositions clear? Is anything important missing?
- What are the other options for financing the work of the TSCCs?
- Which specific donors do recommend the GCE to approach?
- Are there important events you recommend where donor round tables could be organized?

If you have specific textual changes, kindly use tracked changes and upload and/or send the revised draft to us by email.

RE: Options for the mobilization of resources to support the work of the TSC support centres [#3740]
Thank you to the Secretariat for this very helpful draft of the resource mobilisation plan. I have made some comments on the attached draft plan, which are mainly concerned with asking if it would be useful to prioritise the objectives and tasks (of which there are 19) to be addressed in less than four years (the plan runs from 2026-2030). Should there be a focus on any activities that unlock resources quickly (if that is possible) to help build action at PSCC-Party level? This in turn could be a clear demonstration of impact of the resources secured and the value of the GCE and TSCCs.

It would also be helpful to see non-financial resources introduced early in the document, indicating if/how they align with the two CoP Decisions indicated in footnotes 1 and 2. Even if they are not specified in those CoP Decisions, it is evident from the plan that non-financial resources could play a significant role in supporting TSCCs meet Party demand.

I hope that these thoughts help.

Best wishes,
Phil
