I would like to ask you some questions:
1. Which aims and tasks should the project has to be financed by your organization? Should the project has National level or International level? How many countries or organization should take part in the project to get the financial support?
2.Can we get your financial support for biotechnology international training course, that will include one of main topics - biodiversity and biosafety? The Institute of Genetics and Cytology of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus has very good reputation among Post-Soviet research Institutions, modern equipment for masters-classes and friendly staff. Besides we can cooperate participants who knows English and Russian languages. It is rather important to know both languages.
