If elections are about the most important issues, then why are we not talking about the ecological emergency currently facing our country? The world is facing cataclysmic biodiversity loss, but barely anyone is paying attention. Sure, there are a lot of conversations around climate change, but we must secure the future for our wildlife and plants, too.
