Date and venue for the third meeting of the COP-MOP

Following the offer by the Government of Brazil , it was decided that third meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety will be held from 13 to 17 March 2006 in Curitiba, Brazil in conjunction with the eighth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity.
