The CEPA Informal Advisory Committee (CEPA IAC) is a network of experts representing Parties and observer organizations, dedicated to strengthening communication, education, and public awareness efforts under the Convention. Appointed for a two-year term (2026–2027), the committee plays a key role in reviewing, monitoring, and providing strategic advice to the Convention Secretariat on the implementation of the CEPA programme of work, in alignment with the communication-related decisions of the Conference of the Parties.
