Compliance (Article 34):
Adopted procedures and mechanisms on compliance under the Protocol, including a Compliance Committee to meet twice a year with 15 members nominated by Parties and elected by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Protocol. These members will serve in their individual capacity.
