Monitoring and reporting (Article 33):

Approved a format for the interim national report on implementation of the Protocol and agreed on the frequency and timing of such reports (reports to be submitted 12 months prior to the meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Protocol at which they will be considered, with a general frequency of every four years but in the initial four-year period an interim report is to be submitted two years after the entry into force of the Protocol).
