Various and many 'Roster of Experts' existed under the CBD. A specific 'roster of experts' needs to be in place that are also well resourced from the CBD, to offer assistance as may be required from countries concerned. The procedure to tap assistance utilizing this 'roster of experts' needs to be flexible and easy to use by countries.
