The Joint Secretariat (UNEP-Regional Office for Europe/Council of Europe) of the Pan European Biological and Landscape Diversity Strategy (PEBLDS) will send a biodiversity day message to all the members of the PEBLDS Council reminding them of the Day, the global and pan-European 2010 Biodiversity Target and the urgent biodiversity issues that remain challenges for the region.
