The webinar introduced new documents published for the resumed session of the third meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Information (SBI-3) concerning a four-year framework of outcome-oriented programme priorities for the Convention and its Protocols for the eighth replenishment period of the Global Environment Facility Trust Fund (GEF-8) and an assessment of funds needed for the implementation of the Convention and its Protocols during GEF-8. The documents were prepared pursuant to the guidance of the SBI Chair contained in the report of the first (online) session of SBI-3 (CBD/SBI/3/20) [PDF, 561 Kb]:
