Operational Procedures and Modalities
As provided in decision 15/8, the Informal Advisory Group on Technical and Scientific Cooperation is composed of experts nominated by Parties and by indigenous peoples and local communities, the scientific community, and relevant organizations, including those representing women and youth.
Members are selected through a formal nomination process, based on the criteria in Annex III of decision 15/8, and with due regard to regional and gender balance, for a term of two years. The current membership was announced through notification 2023-038.
