Capacity Building on Biodiversity and Health
25-28 November 2025: Regional dialogue on biodiversity monitoring and reporting with a focus on biodiversity and health for countries in Central Asia and Eastern Europe
Within the four‑day regional dialogue on biodiversity monitoring and reporting for Central Asian and Central and Eastern European States, the following sessions examined biodiversity and health interlinkages and their relevance for national planning. They highlighted opportunities for countries to mainstream these interlinkages into their national biodiversity strategies, action plans, and related programmes, drawing on existing guidance such as the Global Action Plan on Biodiversity and Health.
