National Reports

In decision 15/6, the Conference of the Parties adopted the guidance and draft template for the seventh and eighth national report. In the same decision, it requested Parties to submit their seventh national report by 28 February 2026. In decision 16/32, the Conference of the Parties endorsed the revised template for the seventh and eighth national reports.

Article 26 of the Convention states that the objective of national reporting is to provide information on measures taken for the implementation of the Convention and the effectiveness of these measures.
