Montreal, 23 May 2011— As part of the launch of the United Nations Decade on Biodiversity, India began preparations for the eleventh meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP 11) to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) scheduled to be held in Hyderabad from 1 to 19 October 2012.
Montreal, 31 October 2009. The Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity today welcomed the offer of the Government of India to host the eleventh meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention (COP-11) in 2012.
