Inventorying Earth’s Land and Ocean Greenhouse Gases

Immediate and rapid reductions in greenhouse gas emissions are needed to avoid the worst of climate change. The second REgional Carbon Cycle Assessment and Processes (RECCAP2) study is providing accurate scientific data on sources and sinks of the three main greenhouse gases for 2010-2019 for all land and ocean regions.
