I would like to draw your attention to decision BS-IV/10 of the fourth meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as the Meeting of the Parties to the Biosafety Protocol where Parties, other Governments and relevant international organizations were invited to provide the CBD Executive Secretary with guiding questions for an online conference on paragraph 3 of Article 18.
