At its fourth meeting, which was held in Bonn from 12 to 16 May 2008, the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety decided to revitalize the pilot phase of the Voluntary Fund for the Roster of Experts and invited developed country Parties and other donors to make contributions to the Fund.
