With reference to the eighth meeting of the Ad Hoc Open-ended Working Group on Access and Benefit-sharing, the Secretariat is pleased to circulate herewith a scenario note from the Co-Chairs of the Working Group, the purpose of which is to provide informally and in advance of pre-meeting consultations, an outline and associated rationale for the workflow during the eighth meeting of the Working Group.
