The present notification refers to the submission of views and proposals on preambular text, definitions and text for inclusion in Annex II of the report of the eighth meeting of the Ad Hoc Open-ended Working Group on Access and Benefit-sharing in connection with the elaboration and negotiation of the International Regime on access and benefit-sharing and in preparation for the ninth meeting of the Working Group, to be held at the Centro de Eventos Valle del Pacífico, in Cali, Colombia, on 22-28 March 2010.
