With reference to the resumed ninth meeting of the Ad Hoc Open-ended Working Group on Access and Benefit-sharing, the Secretariat is pleased to circulate herewith a scenario note from the co-chairs of the Working Group, Mr. Timothy Hodges and Mr. Fernando Casas, the purpose of which is to provide informally and in advance of pre-meeting consultations, an outline and associated rationale for the workflow during the resumed ninth session of the Working Group.
