I have the pleasure of referring to decision X/3, B, paragraph 4, the Conference of the Parties “Invites Parties and relevant organizations to submit views, information and experience on the implementation of the Strategy for Resource Mobilization, and requests the Executive Secretary to prepare a compilation of the information received for consideration by the Ad Hoc Open Ended Working Group on Review of Implementation of the Convention at its fourth meeting.”
