I am very pleased to inform you that at the meeting held in Bonn, Germany, on 2 September 2011, the Executive Secretaries of the Joint Liaison Group (JLG) of the three Rio Conventions adopted the Proposed Terms of Reference and Modus Operandi for the Joint Liaison Group between the Three Rio Convention, which will be sent to the Conference of the Parties (COP) of the respective members.
