The purpose of this notification is to reiterate the invitation to the relevant international organizations to contribute to the implementation of the programme of work on technology transfer and technology cooperation (decision VII/29), in particular with regard to the establishment of an expert group, the compilation and synthesis of information, and the preparation of documentation. Please be informed that the deadline for the submission of nominations of experts for the expert group to the Secretariat, as well as for the submission of information has been extended to 15 October 2004.
