I refer to my notification of 18 April 2005, informing you that as part of this year’s celebrations of the International Day for Biological Diversity, the biodiversity synthesis report of the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment will be released to the public. The Secretariat would like to inform you that printed copies of the report will be shipped to you in the days before the official launch – 19 May 2005. In the interim, an electronic copy of the report is available to Parties to the CBD. It can be downloaded at: http://www.millenniumassessment.org/documents/CbdSynthesisFinal.pdf
