The Executive Secretary, in collaboration with the Government of Belgium, is convening a technical workshop on the use of new information and web-based technologies, to be held in Montreal, Canada, from 21 to 25 November 2005. The nomination of participants should be sent to the Secretariat by electronic mail or fax, no later than 7 October 2005.
