I have the honour to refer to Notification 2005-123, dated 16 November 2005, regarding financial assistance to indigenous and local community participants in the Fourth meeting of the Ad Hoc Open-ended Inter-sessional Working Group on Article 8(j) and Related Provisions and the Fourth meeting of the Ad Hoc Open-ended Working Group on Access and Benefit-sharing, to be held in Granada, Spain from 23 to 27 January and from 30 January to 3 February 2006, respectively.
