The Secretariat is preparing to organize the third meeting of the Working Group early next year. In view of that, I would like to invite you to submit your views on the elements contained in annex II of the report of the second meeting of the Working Group, in particular on sections IV to XI of the annex, in the form of proposals for operational texts, to the Secretariat as soon as possible, but not later than 29 September 2006.
