I would like to invite you to submit your views and suggestions as requested in decision BS-III/4 to the Secretariat as soon as possible, but no later than 1 November 2006, in order to enable us to prepare a synthesis report to assist the Liaison Group on Capacity-Building for Biosafety in its deliberations.
