The Conference of the Parties, in decision VIII/14 (para. 18(a)), requested the Executive Secretary to review the impact of the second edition of the Global Biodiversity Outlook. The Convention’s informal advisory committee for communication, education and public awareness recommended the use of an electronic questionnaire to facilitate this review.
