I have the pleasure to forward to you the report of the Expert meeting in preparation of SBSTTA 12, convened by the German Federal Agency for Nature Conservation, from 10 to 14 April 2007, at the International Academy for Nature Conservation, on the Isle of Vilm, in Germany. The meeting offered opportunities for a scientific exchange of information on topics that will be discussed at SBSTTA 12 in Paris, France.
