I am pleased to inform you that a regional workshop for Europe on Capacity Building for National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plans and Biodiversity Mainstreaming organized by the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity in collaboration with, and with the generous support of, the International Academy of Nature Conservation, will be held on the Island of Vilm, Germany, from 26 to 30 April 2008.
