South Africa is committed to additional efforts to tackle the causes of biodiversity loss. Through these additional efforts and innovations a lot of progress has been made and this has contributed in achieving most of the targets set for 2010 to reduce biodiversity loss. The purpose of the presentation is to share success stories and innovative means that have been developed and used in the implementation of activities linked to the 2010 biodiversity targets.
