This side event will include a series of speakers who will present information on the Global Partnership for Plant Conservation (GPPC) established in 2004 to support the achievement of the Global Strategy for Plant Conservation. Presentations will focus on how the GPPCit can be of assistance to national level GSPC implementation as well as offering guidance on national partnerships for plant conservation have supported the development of National Plant Conservation Strategies in several countries.
