Statement

Statement by Ahmed Djoghlaf, Executive Secretary of the Convention on Biological Diversity, at the Ministerial Panel Discussion on Globalization and the Environment at the Twenty-fourth Session of the Governing Council/Global Ministerial Environment Forum (GC-24/GMEF), Nairobi, 6 February 2007
